Being a volunteer for the Czechoslovak Roma Union means actively participating in supporting the Roma community and the wider society, through various forms of assistance and activities that can be carried out anywhere in your area. Volunteers of this organization have the opportunity to help people in their community, for example:- **Support of education and culture**: You can contribute to the organization of educational workshops, cultural events or activities that help preserve Roma traditions and promote understanding between cultures.

– **Helping those in need**: Volunteers can help socially weaker families, children, seniors or other disadvantaged groups, for example by providing basic support or organizing charity events.

– **Community activities**: You can also help organize community projects that support cohesion between people, whether it is cleaning public spaces, providing leisure activities for children or organizing sports and cultural events.

– **Representation and Consulting**: Volunteers can also provide support in the form of consulting, help overcome bureaucratic obstacles or represent the interests of the community in various negotiations.

The essence of volunteering within the Czechoslovak Roma Union is the effort to contribute to better understanding, integration and improvement of the quality of life not only of the Roma community, but of the entire society. At the same time, the volunteer gains new experiences, develops their skills, establishes relationships and becomes part of positive change in their environment.
